Help me figure out the name of a form

I'm currently working on a black belt form and would like to watch a video on youtube to fill in the gaps however, my attempts to spell it have been in vain. It sounds like seh geese ah ha and begins seated in seiza. Any help would be appreciated.

ITF but, my instructor may have picked it up from somewhere else. He's an eclectic individual.

I once watched a style that looked Korean and they used fans. It didn't look that practical but it was fun to watch. I totally forget the name of it but I'm hoping to watch it again sometime.

    Gae Bek
    Poeun
    and Kwan Ge.

Po Eun moves side to side
Gae Bek has a twisting snap kick and cross block
Kwan Ge has a lot of isometric maneuvers.

I expect you're referring to Kuk Sool Won. They demo the use of fans a lot.
