You're supposed to block with your hands not your nose lol. Look on the bright side though at least your nose is pre-broke for your fight.

My brother and I were surfing many years ago and wiping out, he hit the reef with his face at Point Panic. I went to the shoreline factory and as illegal immigrants stirred vast pots of steaming fish flesh I got to a phone. It gave me an electric shock and a giant cockroach walked off, slowly.
So I call the folks and being Navy brats we went to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base and the doc fiddled with his nose, stuck in some cotton pads and said he'd be fine. 45 years and four plastic surgeries later he still can hardly breath through his nose, and it's to small to hold up glasses.
Moral of the story: Get to a good ENT, ear nose throat, or good plastic surgeon, not some cheap quack.
