    Hell yeah! Hell no!
    My main problem with Man of Steel is that the vast majority of the movie was Henry Cavill staring wistfully off into the distance, showing off his jawline.
    And Zod's scheme was stretched even my credibility limit for stupid supervillain schemes. The whole needing to terraform earth to be like Krypton falls really short after they establish that not only can Kryptonians live on earth, it is actually better for them than living on Krypton. Superman starts coughing up blood when exposed to the Kryptonian atmosphere on the ship, and Zod and Pals start developing superpowers as soon as they touch down on earth, and even more when they start breathing the Earth's air.
    The Dragon Ball Z fight scenes were fun, but this also meant that the movie was at it's best when it most resembled Dragon Ball Z, and that is problematic in and of itself.
    Also most of the dialog boiling down to this:
    Zod: WE ARE EVIL BECAUSE WE ARE SOCIALISTS.
    Superjaw: I AM GOOD BECAUSE I AM AMERICAN.

    The fool thinks himself immortal,
    If he hold back from battle;
    But old age will grant him no truce,
    Even if spears spare him.

    Anyways, the best superman movie ever is still this:
    The fool thinks himself immortal,
    If he hold back from battle;
    But old age will grant him no truce,
    Even if spears spare him.

    Because Luthor's constant real estate schemes made so much sense in the other movies...

    World War Hulk Vs The X-Men

    Three issues of different groups of the X-men getting pummeled by the Hulk.

    The only thing good from Civil War Amazing Spiderman 542:
    Kingpin vs Spiderman

    Warlock and the Infinity Watch #25
    Thanos & Surfer vs. Odin

    The Mighty Thor #385

    Island of Kryptonite was dumber than anything Zod suggested in Man of Steel.

    It's almost like Superman has a really shitty Rogues Gallery.

    The biggest problem I had with Man Of steel was Kevin Costner and the way they handled Pa Kent's death.
    Stupid, unnecessarily over-dramatized.

    Zod was great..not perfect, but still a great adversary on screen for Superman.

    Not really, they just need to bring the right villains to the big screen.
    Metallo, Solomon Grundy, The Parasite, Brainiac, Darkseid and even Toy Man are characters that have yet to debut in a live-action Superman film and they are all good characters.
    Its like the people in charge of writing these screenplays can't think past Luthor and Zod.

    Doomsday isn't the solution..although he's a viable opponent and I wouldn't mind seeing that battle on screen.
