    Did you guys hear about the disturbing new trend where impressionable teenagers are getting high by injecting bleach into their veins? Its getting popular worldwide because the high is just so awesome and cheap and devoid of any negative side effects.

    In "Facing Violence," Rory Miller advises to stay sharp in places where you see young men gather. I think that's good advice. Other than that, situational awareness is it -- in the city, stay in condition yellow.
