Fortunately for me, these "BKB gloves" are basically MMA gloves and striking in little gloves (contrary to the belief of many) is just a different ball game than striking with bigger gloves. I've done plenty of matches in 4-8 oz gloves, while my opponent had not.
As such, I was able to pull out the win with some combination punching, persistent body shots, and a bit less head movement on my part than I'd have liked. I don't remember ****, except being really exhausted afterward, but everyone said it was a great fight! Hopefully I'll have videos in the near future.

Great fight to watch! What was the difference in strategy due to the smaller gloves?
Did his elbows hurt your knuckles going for the body?
Did you actually feel the knuckles connect with the face or did the padding on the fingers prevent that?
