Found a gem of a Youtube channel..here are some great videos of Hung Ga Lam family disciple Lavell Marshall.
This guy is a great example of a Hung ga stylist who went all the way with his training and applies it in actual competition.
Here's his "Meditation Between the Trees" which is a little Tiger and Crane form along with iron body conditioning.
Kettlebell training, Hung ga training stance style:
"But Rabbit...this is boring. Show us more interesting things that Bullshidi enjoy, like competition reels!"
Well since you asked...here are Lavell's awesome shuai jiao competition and training videos.
CACMA Tournament, South Carolina:
Training Reel for China:
Yixing Shuai Jiao World Championships 2013 Highlight reel:
He only loses to a Russian. I suspect that was only because Putin had something slipped in his sports drink...

How about more footage of in a match with someone near his skill level who isn't totally gassed after a minute or less?
I did enjoy watching is comps, don't get me wrong. But seriously, he threw that big guy around like I would throw around a white belt/noob in Judo. Nice work, but not much of a challenge. He obviously takes his training a lot more seriously than most of his competitors shown so far.
I suggest he take it up a notch and start competing in Judo, if he hasn't already. His experience with the Russian guy might have opened his eyes.

I'll keep an eye out for more. He only started training to compete last year so his career is really just begun...can't wait to see if he takes to the kuoshu tournaments for some lei tei action. I think he trains with an MMA crowd too, but I have yet to find any sparring videos. That would be a find.
Watching him throw and roll is fun but it's his san da skills that I would really like to see...guys that go this far in Hung Kuen are rare nowadays.
Damn, this guy reminds me how much harder I could be training right at this moment...oh **** its 5 o'clock!! Time to go find a tree to make pullup love to.

So how long has he been training, and if not training to compete then training for what ?
