Haven't been too successful with the ladies, possibly because I have realised they're, in the majority, fucking insane. And while my "not too successful" is others' "damn, dude gets all the bitches", all the chicks I've had have, in some way, shape, or form, confirmed my realisation.

Training between 4-6 days a week, on average 5.

    Sitting at 83kg.

    Squatting 125kg.

    Still no coloured belt.

    Still no fight.

There's things happening soon but every time I've announced something is on the horizon, I get fucked up by an injury.
I'm happy for you ! Now, give up the chicks for 3 years and your life will be perfect.

Finally doing something about my hateful job... Which is a plus. I'm training about 2-3 times a week now, sometimes four.

I'm working my way through the 'Convict Conditioning' training programme. Any tips on that, gratefully recieved....

Life could be better. It could be worse though!

Glad to see you're still keeping well, Sirc.

My warmest regards to your mother!

"So, yeah, Zen teachers may well insult you, work you to the bone, hit you with sticks, shout verbal abuse at you, and punch the **** out of you.

"Eventually, I realized it doesn't matter what art you train, what matters is the method in which you train. Training in an alive manner, under skilled and qualified instruction, is the single most important aspect of gaining martial skill. All else is window dressing." - JNP : Saying it how it is!

Working full time. BJJ classes 6 days per week. Renewing my supporting membership.

Wait a minute, I just realised I can turn that into a haiku:

    Working nine to five
    BJJ six days a week
    Membership renewed

Back at Judo twice a week after taking the summer off, driven in part by my younger brother-in-law getting his brown belt (we started at roughly the same time, but I have taken more hiatuses). It has been not too subtly hinted that there will be belt promotions at the end of the year, so I will hopefully not be a three year white belt. Trying to figure out how to make time to also do combat sambo/combat ju jitsu, but with my current schedule that's not working out.

I should have a Masters degree by August or so, that has been taking up most of my time.

Lifting a lot, my squat and dead lift are both above 3 plates, so I am pleased.

Not so subtly encouraging my hott wife to get into Muay Thai, since she is very interested and I could then make her show me what she's been doing and pick some things up.

Now, if I could get my dogs to stop shitting inside life would be golden.

Nope. Muffin top is gone. Been eating healthy and working out daily. Doing burpies till I puke has helped a lot. Pushing for a good cut by Spring.

I see you've moved up from a doctor to a king! Glad to hear you're still excelling at excellence. Don't stop believing!
