Style: Muay Thai, BJJ, Krav Maga
Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the site and I view a lot of the forums, but I need help. I'm a tenth grader in high school and I just started taking MMA. I wanted to know how many days a week you think I should train. Here's the class info, and I am leaning to work more towards my grappling than my striking right now.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Muay Thai
Tuesday and Thursday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Saturday: No Gi Submission Wrestling
Sunday: Open Mat
I'm available everyday but I wanted to know how often you guys think I should train, and on what days. I understand I need to take resting periods, I just can't exactly decide when. Thank you!

Style: mma /boxing/muai thai
6 days a week. Untill you need days off.
so take the friday off.

Train as much as you would like. 6 days a week is great. Get it in now while you still have the free time and little in the way of other obligations.
Question are you doing any other sports or weight lifting or exercises? If so then maybe you need to worry about over training.
