Style: Judo,Muay Thai
Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows any training exercises that would improve my speed and agility that will help me with my Judo mainly and my Muay Thai too.

Style: Judo noob, injured guy.
Resistance band uchikomis will help with Judo footwork/speed to some degree. I am sure if you search youtube for agility drills you can find some more general drills.

Maybe you could be a little more specific? Foot speed? Hand speed? Balance? Dynamic power?
For Judo footwork, Krijgsman's tip is one of the best. Another is to work uchikomi with your partner at high speed, footwork only with no lifts. Just entry footwork with pull and fit, but no loading. Try working smooth and fast.
For general footwork, jumping rope and rope ladder drills are good. Just hit up youtube for tons of videos.
For explosive speed/power, cleans and plyometric drills.
