I dont care for any of them. Kool-aid for me would be to set term limits- junk the McCains, Reids, Pelosis, McConnells, and start over. Dealing with them newbies would be better than old blood sucking our country dry.

I'm sure if it were someone in your family that...say...gets very sick and is booted off their insurance or can't get on some, and faces withering away, and just hitting the ER to be stabilized when it's critical, you'd just say "be responsible for your cancer, let the HMO's have their profit, it's Amurka!!!!".

Wealth isn't some zero sum game. You should know that. Everyone does better when the most vulnerable are protected.
Come on, really? Everyone here has access. Poor- rich*. We have a state medicaid system to handle just about everything and if the person is lucid they can get to the Barrow Institute on Medicaid. ---* Rich just have to pay cash if they don't have insurance

Example: guy gets laid off. Fault no fault, just laid off. Gets $ 400 a week unemployment. Also some EBT at some point. Good so far.

Then he gets a side job making about ~ $ 400 a week cash under the table. (Not a problem, I would do the same to support my family, its MY family)

Guy get sick, hey, they may have to travel, but there is care for him.

Its those that choose to sit on their ass and have given up. There are not jobs for them, this POTUS doesn't know how to get out of the way of business.

Just hard work and bridge building. It can be done. I had high hopes for Obama, only to be let down. Not happy with the other nuts either.
What you were hoping for does not exist. Like I said before, the president is a partisan politician with a partisan agenda, just like everyone else. It's not his job to make everyone get along.

Do you think LBJ got the Civil Rights Act passed by "bridge building" with the people who believed that African Americans were subhumans polluting American culture? The American system is government by majority rule, not government by consensus. The only people ever crying out for consensus are the people who lose the votes.

Yep you are a liar, you are not in the healthcare business. The fact you keep making factual errors about both business and healthcare proves it.

Its cute how indignant you are but based on what I see from you, you probably make like $30k a year and are getting all upset about the free loaders its loltastic.

Here is the problem the debt is the by product of our biggest problem not the problem it self you can't fix the debt with budgeting. The root cause of the debt issue is our massive trade imbalance. Work on fixing that and the debt will get fixed.

    Bullshit

You fix debt by spending less than you make.

    Fixed,

No, that's you being an individual. A business works differently with that being a small part of the entire model.
