    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Out of shape questions...lol

    What's up guys, new to the forum, and new to training.

    I'm really out of shape, 5'8 183lbs. Not a lot of muscle either. Check it out, I am doing jujitsu and Muay Thai at the moment, but I was wondering if I would burn out and do more harm then good doing them both the same day. After rolling I'm dead, sorry if you guys get this a lot, I just wanna make sure! Thanks!

    Hell yeah! Hell no!
    You need to look at your diet to properly answer this question. Everybody burns out no matter where they start at. The problem is how fast and hard will you burn out?
