Bruce Leroy pulled it off very happy to say. The prelim heavyweights made up for the last UFC outing. Wonderboy is back didn't know he had knockout power in his hands. The South American hope Menijivar came up short sadly. Jury wins a sparring session with Ricci wtf was that?

Glass jaw Schaub by darce guess there's more to his JiuJitsu than his Metamoris II performance... Barao by reverse back kick to the face followed by GnP. Wtf was with the slow and moody walkout music by both fighters in the main event. Jones took it but damn was it close and I don't agree with the unanimous decision. As a matter of fact I had Gus up 3 to 2 I expected Jones to lose. Oh well one more in the books now to get some ice for my bung hole 330.00 tv bill folks...

Martian Manhunter definitely did not win that fight.
I had Gus up 4 rounds to 1 with round 5 being pretty close.

I thought Jones had it but I could have seen it going the other way.

Could someone please tell me, how kicks are scored compared to punches or post a link. Because I don't understand how people are claiming that Jones lost. Especially when Gustaffson was (for reasons of outstanding abilities, determination and pride) a standing knocked out dude at the end.

Kicks, as far as I know, are considered significant strikes like any other. So, if you had more significant strikes than your opponent, that goes into how a judge scores the round.

As far as Gus winning, its a matter a who won which rounds. There were several close rounds that, depending on the judge, might have gone either way (though most people seem to agree Gus won the first while Jones won the fifth). And, when it goes to a decision, the rounds you have won matter most. If Gus won rounds 1-4, Jones could be inches away from finishing him for the entirety of round 5 and Gus would still win the fight.

If that makes sense, great. If you knew all that, sorry for my long-windedness.

Stupid question regarding this: when the judges declare Unanimous decision = winner got all the rounds, or just most of them?
