UFC Fight Night (Teixeira vs Bader)

UFC's going to need to eat some more organizations to keep up with this fox commitment. This Wednesday some interesting fights to look forward to. I'm hoping Teixeira will take his fight and with heavy doubts Okami. Here's the line up.

    Main Card
Weight class Method Round Time Notes
Light Heavyweight Glover Teixeira vs. Ryan Bader
Middleweight Yushin Okami vs. Ronaldo Souza
Flyweight Joseph Benavidez vs. Jussier Formiga
Lightweight Francisco Trinaldo vs. Piotr Hallmann
Middleweight Rafael Natal vs. Tor Troeng
Flyweight Marcos Vinicius vs. Ali Bagautinov
    Preliminary card (Fox Sports 1)
Featherweight Felipe Arantes vs. Edimilson Souza
Middleweight Joao Zeferino vs. Elias Silvério
Bantamweight Lucas Martins vs. Ramiro Hernandez Jr.
Welterweight Keith Wisniewski vs. Ivan Jorge
    Preliminary card (Facebook/Youtube)
Welterweight Yuri Villefort vs. Sean Spencer

How does betting work? I'd like to place 50 varrots on Benevidez and 20 on Ronaldo.

Ah ****! They snuck this one in on me.

At least I remembered to tape TUF so I can masturbate to Gene LeBell. He's on the show, right? Otherwise I'm just wasting recording space.

    Edit:

Here's Gene LeBell dressed as a clown and choking Bryan Cranston while somebody else punches him:

This has been one of the better cards in a while that I've watched. And its all thanks to these guys.

Glover in the second round by ko to keep up the fireworks.

    I hope Bader wins.

Prelims not bad most of the guys I didn't recognize but they did pretty well and most were entertaining. Two of them had me worried with protracted fights against the cage trying for a take down but otherwise constant action.

Main card started with a knock out damn. Tor fought his ass off the Brazilian didn't have an easy go at it. Hallman they need to make a comeback of the night bonus that was incredible. Bienavidez by destruction is he ready for Mighty Mouse now? Probably not he'd have to catch him to deliver that knock out power. My only surprise from Jacare was that he didn't do the alligator crawl. Bader rocked Teixeira but he clipped Bader and showed that undefeated boxing it was a great card.

That fight didn't really convince me of Teixeira's odds as a title challenger. I don't see him having anything for Jones other than a puncher's chance. Jones will probably just pick him apart from the outside like he does with everyone.

Yeah, that was a cool victory by Bader, but it also convinced me he doesn't have what it takes against Jones. I don't think he'd even be able to get past Machida, Gustafsson, or Evans either.
