You know a lot of those articles are written by dieticians and personal trainers, right?

****, healthy eating isn't fucking rocket science anyways.

High protein, high fiber, low fat, low sugar, low carb. Avoid chemicals.

    Rinse, repeat.

    lolk

Cause no one on bb.com or who's written fitness articles have a degree in anything considering nutrition or health.

And because PTs who don't lift know more than competitors themselves.

inb4competitors use PT, not true unless it's a big meet. Most usually just get posing coaches to perfect their routine. And the PT used by big-time competitors are usually former IFBB pros.

    lol @ when a PT suggests a 7-day split for a newbie.

Sorry MM, have to disagree with you. I don't take any stock in what a dietician says. If it were a nutritionist with at least a bachelor's possibly. As far as a personal trainer is concerned, hell, you can get certified online.

Yeah, those professional body builders do not live a healthy lifestyle.

Ok then. You can take my advice or leave it. Good luck with your high fat, high sugar, high carb, low protein, low fiber diet.

If you go that way, please consider one last piece of advice:

Now you're just being pissy. Do you know what my diet consists of? Perhaps you're psychic, a seer of all things. Didn't think so. Just Mr. Assumption. BTW, your simple approach to proper nutrition isn't harmful per se but could be maximized with a more specific and updated approach.

Sorry, troll boy. You're admittedly not qualified to speak on the subject.

I'll take the advice of nutritionists, dieticians, trainers, athletes and thousands of years of athletic dietary tradition over your silly condescending vagaries.

I'm not going to argue with you as it would be fruitless to do so. I do have to ask about the "thousands of years of dietary tradition". did you really intend to share that? I'm not sure what you mean. Now, you stated low fat but you didn't specify. Is that across the board or what?

I don't know about "formally" but TheRuss has done a ton of reading and taken a few classes, if he notices this thread you might get a more detailed reply. I'll poke him.
