    You can get thin eating "dirty", no problem.

    Get your food nice and dirty and you'll be firing projectiles out both ends, sweating out pounds of water weight and burning thousands of calories via body wracking muscle spasms.

    I call that the "Montezuma" method.

    Your body really doesn't give a **** where you get your calories from, it doesn't know the difference between "clean" food and "junk" food, a calorie is a calorie.

    You can make your own balance between "clean" and "junk" food to fill your macros.

    This is a much simpler approach to nutrition that works.

    To hit your macros you will probably be eating "clean food" most of the time anyway.

    Nobody is going to be able to lie to you again with a diet gimmick: The Juice Diet, The Banana Diet, The Transformation Diet.

    The fitness industry is so full of ****, man.

    Macronutrients are: Protein, carbs and fat. (and fiber, not technically but just as important)

    Micronutrients are: Vitamins and minerals.

    Hit your targets and that's all there is to it, but of course this isn't profitable to any fitness gurus.

    10% bodyfat is fine and "healthy" and everything.

    Looking good could be a perfectly good reason to diet, depends on how much you want it.

    Just don't use essential body fat as an excuse to give up on looking good if you want it.
