    I agree with this, but disagree with your other assertion. People try different escapes and moves all of the time. That might be something he uses all of the time. I think you are colored by the age more than the technique and frustration you think you see.

    Watching at normal speed, I saw nothing but an accident. Noticed the official knew something was wrong as did white, and my thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.

    I was aware of this tragedy but didn't want to watch the video...and I still don't. I might IF he recovers fully, otherwise I shan't watch it. ****'s Sake, poor kid.

    Damn this blows. I'm always worried about something like this happening to me because I'm the smallest/youngest in my class for catch wrestling and I tend to get thrown around a lot.

    I hope this kid gets better if it's possible. I think I would go crazy if I couldn't move my arms and legs.

    I know someone that had a car accident, became tetraplegic and now, he can walk again.

    Yeah, I asked myself the same thing, if it was an age thing. The boy was very relaxed/loosey goosey and may have had something to do with it as well, he just seemed to kind of go along with the movement so easily.

    In any case, I'm glad he appears to be going recover, that's what's most important to me.
