Sounds good enough to me. I would also add that you should have a lifting feeling in the hips (which remain loose though) and in between your legs - perineum etc, or the steps will be awkward and sluggish - try it out, it's easy to note the difference in speed.Quickest feet I ever saw was this guy who was a really good cha-cha dancer. I swear to god. Told me the way he did it was to shift your weight as forward as you can without your heels leaving the ground. He claimed it kept your balance centered enough to be stable but up enough to be mobile. Do you guys think he was just full of ****, or would this work?
