You didn't understand the sarcasm, missed that he ignored your strawman and are stuck on "only." I'll let him explain what you are missing.
    Correct.
I'm paraphrasing based on the context and adding sarcasm.
As i note above the quote function is what i use for actual quotes.

The video dude still failed to prove his initial, poorly worded assertion and his "experiment" had serious "methodological flaws".

    (Yes PD that's more sarcasm...)

Hmm... I'd say he put up a more spirited retaliation than a lot of the jobbers do:

    My theory on bending over.
Evasive movement is not so much to avoid punching but to give you a chance to punch back. so if punching back the head movement is less. It is not so much risk of knee but that you are not advancing position.

But not punching gives more scope to this larger waist bending evasion which I have seen tends to happen when good fighters play with not so good ones.

Start landing shots and the evasion tends to tighten up.

It's not a bad habit, you need to look at it in context, you dont bob and weave just to evade a punch, that is not boxing, you do it to gain a better position for attack, so if he would couple it with counters, and overhands etc. it would be effective. Having said that, knees are effective when someone is just doing that without effective strikes behind it, also uppercuts. You most when doing it also strike at the same time, while your hands are free.

He still got hit in the face even though he used more than just head movement, they were wearing gloves and he was taller than most of them.
The fact he is taller just makes it harder to duck under....it makes it easier to stay out of reach, but mainly if you can use your hands..which he did only a little...So being taller did not do him much good, im sure someone like Pacquiao or some such would have an easier time.

I don't see how bending over, taking your eyes of your opponant, and presenting the back of your head as a target is not inferior to to bending at the knees with your guard up

Because strikes to the back of the head are illegal in all civilised fighting styles and thus not worthy of consideration.
