    Kancho just means Director or head of an organization. (館長)

    The Kancho you found is a completely different word. Japanese has a huge number of homonyms.

    As I understand it Enshin kaikan is a hybrid style ( including sweeps and throws, not just striking). Does that still qualify as a TMA?
