This is the only thing I can find for his MMA career: http://www.mmauniverse.com/fighters/SS44944

Says he has 0 fights. Though there is a dead linked video here: http://videos.wittysparks.com/id/4254347915

So I dunno. What's the deal.

    from http://www.mmaheat.com/gyms/lb4lb-boxing/gym/

    MMA:

We offer MMA classes with highly acclaimed martial artist - Ronin Boushnak.
Ronin is a three-times World Kickboxing Champion ISSKA, WMTA, and WKBA (light heavy weight/middle weight), four-time undefeated world Extreme Fighting Champion (light heavy weight), USA Boxing National Amateur Champion (heavy weight/cruiser weight), and 5th degree black belt in Karate, Judo/BJJ, Aikido, Jeet Kune Do (training with Dan Inosanto) and Tai-Jitsu. With over 15 years of Mixed Martial Arts, Grappling, Jiu-Jitsu and physical fitness experience , Ronin has trained numerous celebrities, world class athletes, body builders, figure fitness and fighters (current).
Google-fu didn't show up any ISSKA, WMTA.
It did turn up the ISKA, but no cross-hit w/ his name
The WKBA does exist, but the only references I could find online that included his name were by him/school website.

Dude claims 5th degree black belt under Rickson. Can we get a verification on that?

So, in that regard, unless Wiki's wrong, or he won it prior to 1913, his assertion is incorrect.

    From his google profile bio:https://profiles.google.com/roninboushnak/about
Ronin went on to become a champion kickboxer in three different organizations after traveling to Europe and studding under the Johan Vas school which is one of the best kickboxing systems to date. Ronin had the honer to be trained by K-1 champion Andy Hug ( RIP) and was parted by Andy's death.
    also:
by age 14 Ronin was a black belt in Shotokan karate and a brown belt in kodokan Judo

He might mean Johan Vos from Vos gym in Amsterdam.

That is where I train now and I have heard some of the fighters talk about Americans coming in, having one shitty amateur fight and then going back home and sell Dutch Kickboxing lineage for $100 per private to hold pads. Americans selling Dutch kickboxing lineage is pretty big apparently. Not rumors, but my friends I train with now, tell me about this sort of thing happening to guys they trained/trained with.
