Well luckily the regular job will pick up so I can get my weekends back and be on the "other side" of the bar lol. Should improve though. We're only open a couple months, so of course the guys barred from the other bars in town aren't from ours yet, so it's a filter process before we get them out and a reputation for the right clientele, which is why the boss doesn't want door guys. The other bars in town do have them.

Hopefully, this experience will help her remember to call for backup before engaging. She may need to speak lower and slower than is usual for her: rapid high-pitched voices come across exactly like white noise, leaving everyone else on the team wondering, "WTF was that on the radio?"

They assume the males are the agressors. That is not at all my observation.
Rob Redmond has a bit about this on his karate blog. He wonders why more women aren't upset that when we're at a bar we assume that male aggression is something to be taken seriously and female aggression is something to be laughed at.

I can't believe someone decided to put time and thought into researching what amounts to basically... acts of drunken douchebaggery, and turning it into an art.

If you start a fight in the bar, you don't go to ground. Your stupid ass goes to jail. And if you're lucky, the wife posts bail the morning after.

American society is not bar-fight friendly.
And apparently everyone is a winner.
