My dad's idea of taking the dog for a walk was doing alternate pull ups and chin ups on every branch he could reach that would support his weight as he walked round the park.

How many pull ups do you do?
As for me, I stop at 20. I use a bar with 30 degree angle, it is knurled steel. Either I can have hands like leather, or I wrap a paper towel around the bar. I use the washable kind "Shop Towels"
