Trying to decide if I should get some chickens of my own. We have an egg farm right up the street where I can get a flat(30 eggs) Xlarge size(they are quite large) of pasture raised chicken eggs for $17. To compare their flat of regular old Xlarge eggs is like $6.

Why the **** are you buying water?
Last I checked, that **** gets piped straight to your house for a few cents a gallon.

My general policy on eating healthy as an American:
Don't even register the garbage that doesn't help you out. They could sell soda pop for one cent a gallon, and I still wouldn't buy it, the same reason I wouldn't buy rat **** at one cent a gallon. It just has nothing to offer me. Coke is not food. Gummy bears are not food. As such, do not even have them on your radar when shopping for food.

I used to chug 7-ups 2 liter bottles with my bros. Yes I know I was only 15!

19 now and so far it's been a while on a nice hardcore diet of all organic, paleo-ish diet.
The reason why I say Paleo "ish" is because I gulp down the proccessed protein powdah/bars time tah time.

I also daily juice up tons of veggies/wheat grass and here is how I'v been effected dramatically

    When I was eating unhealthy
    -more acne
    -skin was pale
    -stuff

Now that I'v been eating healthy
    -Lots of raw power
    -no breakouts in skin
    -clear skin
    -workouts last longer

So many people neglect a whole foods diet and lots of water. you literally "are" what "you" "eat" I'v noticed most of the changes on the outside and I love and support a healthy lifestyle!

And again, a salad is 5 bucks and a burger is 0.99

Hippocrates, a famous greek physician even once said "Let food and laughter be thy medicine"

Buying a salad from mcdonalds is like buying vitamins from a crack house, just don't do it

Fuzzy and I switched to a low carb paleo-type diet near the beginning of the year, and we both lost weight, had clearer skin and more energy. Fuzzy trains 4 or 5 days a week and he said he felt his stamina had improved as well. The last month or so we've been really lax and eating rubbish and drinking fizzy pop and the difference is really noticeable! I've gone back to a proper eating plan without the crap in the last few days and even though I liked how I felt without all the rubbish I'm still craving it really strongly. Just proves how addictive all those sugars & additives can be.

    So...did the mammoths fight back?

    Did you develop a bony monobrow, a wookie-bod and a perma-stoop?

Did Fuzzy finally earn his user-name?

In other words...would you fit right into Bradford, UK or Flint, Michigan?

Forgive me bullshido for I have sinned. Today while waiting for my tire to be fixed I ate at El Pollo Local and while the meal itself wasn't too bad I drank the 24oz rootbeer that came with the meal. Too add to the sin I am in the middle of trying to make weight to get my commision in the National Guard.
