Looks like great fun - pretty much like tough mudder, I reckon give it a go.

I've got an idea for running a small endurance event next summer, in the spirit of this

    and this

So ... suggestions on some good physical challenges and events? My budget is fairly modest, but I'm not afraid of building things. Also, friends of mine own a 100-acre campground and are willing to let me host things like this.

    And ... go!

Have them running through sand, if possible. Hills of sand. That's tiring as a ************.

Long-distance lunge walks are also fun.

Dig a BIG hole (I'm thinking at least tennis court size here), get a hose and get as much mud in it as you can. Then put up a wall at the end that they have to scramble up. It is even better if you vary the depth of the hole so they suddenly disappear under water/mud.

Do something with scaffolding/nets. I'm sure I can think of a few more things

Your evil plan amuses me. Even more so, if it's gonna be realised and recorded :-)

Never enough of such videos (unless I'm on the track...). The dude on bike is spectacular.

In addition to recording it, I'm planning on setting up bleachers and having spectators throw tomatoes.

Another good thing is to get a skip (or something you can stick a load of water in) and put in water and a **** load of ice cubes. Get them to go through and maybe get someone with a big pole to shove them under. Bit like Artic enema on TM but with more violence.

I'm doing the Zombie Mud Rub tomorrow.

    http://www.thezombiemudrun.com

Basically, I have to run through an obstacle course while a bunch of people dressed as zombies try to steal flags tied around my waist. Of course, those who know me here are already aware that I'm not the type of person to run away from no ***** zombies. While the rest of the runners are busy clogging up the obstacles, I'll be standing my ground and mowing through all those undead fucks like a knife through butter. Of course, being that these are people dressed up as zombies and not real walking corpses, I have no qualms about using the fish bat instead of just my bare hands.

Yo I ran one of those last weekend. It was goofy as all hell, but I got a trophy for winning my group. PROTIP: Don't leave everyone behind. You'll need meat shields.
