I'm gonna stand next to Bnet in the idiot circle now, cause frankly I don't see why he's catching so much flak for his initial 2 posts.

From an anatomical POV, he is using the center of his diaphragm as a launching pad and is able to efficiently snap the muscles in this area ("ging" or fa-jin" or explosive power, depending on the CMA).

He gets some flak from YT trolls for having a "beer" gut but it's really an enormous, tone mound of belly muscle trained from years of internal art.

You can find the same thing on any decent Bodhi Dharma action figure.

So the movie: A very talented cast, this promises to be good action romp. I saw a women cop getting some screentime in the trailer, I just hope the love interest subplot doesn't ruin the pace.

The movie will probably suck. Keanu Reeves is in it, and I hate wire-fu.

You also never understand why you get flak, so your stance is not surprising.

I am generally not a Keanu fan, but he has proven he can do a solid film fu scene, and I don't expect Oscar-worthy acting in that kind of a role. This could be good for those of us who like physics-defying kung fu flicks.
