Anyone have any advice on what supplements help with joint pain? I take fish oil and glucosamine. They help but I'm still in a lot of pain. I've trained for years as a power lifter and I'm interested in learning some form of martial art now. Maybe jiu jitsu? My joints (especially my shoulders) hurt so bad that I haven't been able to start training yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Seeing a physiotherapist would probably be the best thing to fix that.

How old are you? What locations do you have joint pain?
Shoulder pain makes me thinks its a rotator cuff issue, and therefore ya, a physiotherapists is your best bet.

Might find the source of problem and advise on possible cure or prevention of further deterioration.

Another vote for physioterapist, better ask a professional and find out what's going on.
Besides that you can also integrate with Chondroitin and MSM. Depending on the spot stretching can be very important, I managed to cure my Patellofemoral knee pain with a solid stretching routine which I'm actually expanding and doing every day.
