Injury and Training
I sprained my ankle about a month ago. Training has gone from 5-7 days a week to 3-4 times a week.
What do you do when you are injured?
This is what i have been doing now days.
I am not doing any competition training.
I watch a lot of youtube stuff.
I started to help out with some of the beginners classes. Which is cool when you see a total beginner learn something you helped them with. I grew to really love it.
I can only play guard. Which sucks when you have to pull guard against a higher belt. Old school rule about not pulling guard against a higher belt.
