I can get onto that tomorrow morning mate.

The ISSA are using the BBC wales pics on their own press page with Richard Spencer's face blanked out.

I seemed to have missed loads; I'll have to check my notification settings.

Thank you very much for stepping forward Mr Jones. Welcome to the thread and the boards.

Why don't I know you? I had been teaching with Richard from the start and I know how many people got funding from the poppy factor! Sorry for being blunt, but I don't trust you! The poppy factory doesn't give funding, it's civvy street who are a part of RBL!?
I can do a background check to find out who you are!

    Richard Spencer - ICA

    Hi Lloydie

Rather belated thanks for coming forward to the thread. Couple of questions for you:

Did you get an invoice for the training you booked with Spencer? Did he charge VAT? Do you have a copy of the invoice - if you do - could you email it to OwlMatt - he published his email address earlier in the thread.

The other thing is do you have any course syllabus for any of the courses that you attended or delivered? We would be interested to see what the course content was.

Did you attend or deliver the handcuff course? Again would be interested in any details of what this involved.

Again any emails regarding offers of work etc from Spencer if you could send it to OwlMatt.

Finally - do you have any idea of the numbers of people that Spencer has trained.

Once again - thanks for coming forward.

I'm formulating an email to the BBC now but I want to attach one of the screen shots from the old ICA website with Spencer's blurb next to it but I can't find one in this thread.

Does anyone have a shot they can repost?

I thought I had saved it but not on this machine. Luckily RA posted it earlier:

    Richard Spencer ICA

    Lloydie

One other thing Iím curious about is around insurance. When you were running courses for Spencer did he mention what the insurance situation was? Did he have any kind of public indemnity insurance? Also as he was employing you did he have any employers liability insurance? He should have.

Were you actually on the payroll or did you work as a freelancer where he paid you just for the work you did? If you were a freelancer did you know if you were covered by his insurance or had to provide your own?
