Moving on to Mr. Spencer's Martial arts background.
Mr. Spencer, as the creator of your own martial arts system Xa-Ryu, I wonder if you'd discuss the origins of the art as it exists today and, what competitive fight experiences you have to warrant your system being useful as a "fully functional fighting system" useful for Police and Military personnel.
What exactly does Kongo Sento mean in relation to "Kongo Sento Bujutsu" ? I'd like to see the Nihongo for that name.

If he's got a Google+ he must have a Gmail. Shall I try to shoot him an e-mail?

Oh, please do, it would help him, if he could explain why his background in the British Miltary appears to be at odds with his stories.

What is interesting, is that British Government legislation requires all front line personnel working in the private Security Industry to be licensed through the SIA.
I note that searching the SIA database does not reveal Spencer's name as a registered or licensed operator.
Given the Private Security Act of 2001 was in effect when Spencer claimed to have gone on to work in the private security sector, he would have needed to have done a CP course and obtained SIA registration to gain employment for a British based company (operating overseas). Although strictly speaking you don't need that licence to operate overseas, it is used by many companies (even non-British) as a benchmark or entry level means of validating a CP operator's qualification.
Again, I think the claims of PSD are highly questionable/doubtful and is reasonable to assert it likely didn't happen.

Here's what I sent to him on Google+:

A MAP member turned up his profile on WKF Singapore:
The information is identical to the stuff on InterMartialarts.

Apparently he made a channel on World of Martial arts, but he didn't put anything in it except a cheesey quote:

Found an old listing for Xa-Ryu with a phone number and an e-mail address. They're probably no longer in use, but here it is anyway for the sake of completeness.
Also, a Google search indicates Spencer started a thread on Martial-Forums.com similar to the one he started on MAP, but I can't get Martial Forums to open. Is it shut down?

Here is the link to Mr Spencer's thread on Martial-Forums. On first inspection, it looks pretty similar to the MAP thread.
