It means you parsed the thread poorly, because you don't know who is in that picture. It's was discussed already.

I put a chunner in an arm triangle and then knifed him in the face.

Went to Pulahan Derobio eskrima beach day. Not the group I train with but I was invited so figured it'd be good to catch up with them. They did all their training in the early AM so I just hung out. One guy there showed me his custom breaching/killling tomahawk design, from first production to the current one with a clamshell sheath.

    Week 2 doing Muai Thai.
    - step 1; forget everything you know about kickboxing
    - step 2; surprise yourself with the power you can generate when kicking properly
    - step 3; spend a full hour kicking a bag / pads until the technique is embedded in your mind for all eternity
    - step 4; go home and get sympathy from the hot ass girlfriend who then asks 'so how'd you get those bruises' thinking you were going to cash in only to get told 'oh you did it to yourself no sympathy here'.
    - step 5; spend the night rolling over and waking up because the swelling on your legs from kicking hard objects is irritating
    - step 6; return to the gym the next day and get to work on the other leg

I predict much pain for the next few weeks.

Edit - this is not entirely true. My legs actually healed really quickly and the swelling was almost gone by the time I jogged home. The kankles however remain.

Is that like the chemical menthol products you can buy off the shelf? I am using some 'herbal' cream stuff cause it smells like candy canes and doesn't trigger the gf's migraines. I find it amusing that it would strengthen the bone however. I'll investigate and return.

    Thanks for the tip.

It has a distinct ethanol type smell Chinese herbalists can mix it up for you or you can buy store made, the creams commonly used for bruising are arnica and comfrey I use to mix the two together they are quite good too,
