I was hoping to do a bit more Sambo but dont want to end up training for the wrong thing.
There isnt any schools near me and the closest one is this guy
Who has loads of different belts under the same org including a BB in Muay Thai and a purple belt in MMA which are red flaggy.
I also read that there have been some politics with some of the UK guys due to giving out qualifications via video assesment so im a little concerned about getting it right.King without a crown

I think you did really well all things considered its hard to fight when you are not 100% clear on the rules. Hopefully next time you will have a chance to get a better grasp.

Steve said it's a trademarked ruleset of that particular organization. Called CombatSombo, one word.
He's my roommate for the next 10 days in Moscow, so he's sitting two feet away from me, LOL.

What part of the UK do you live in? Vadim Kolganov is in Scotland, and Bedford Grappling Academy is in England.

My coach can teach me most of what ill need to know from what I can read about it but training with them once or twice a month might help me get to grips with the application and scoring.
They were present at the competition and I think I went up against two of their guys.
Are you coming over with Sambosteve for the British open?King without a crown
