    Everyone has a 6 pack, it's just basic anatomy. What are you training for, aside from looking good on the beach?

    If you're already very active, eating well, drinking a lot of water, and getting enough sleep, I'd also recommend cutting down on carbs. Doesn't have to be a big reduction, but start paying attention to product labels, because manufacturers sneak in a lot of carbs as a way to bulk up the volume of their product.

    I'm training for self defence mostly , but i also train cause its fun and i make friends in there :) Also it keeps me calm , now that i took a break i get anxious and tempered quickly ;/

    Well if I read you right you are 1.85 m/6'1" and 70 kg/154 lbs. You need to bulk up not lose more weight if you are training for self defence. You're built like a distance runner not a fighter.

    Yeah but i wanna bulk up by not getting fat again >.> I weighted 90kg back then

    Btw height doesnt matter , everyone has advantages and disadvantages

    You can be 90 kg and mostly muscle or 90 kg and out of shape, but it's not too much weight for that height. Whereas 70 kg - I'm around 1.84m tall and when I get down close to 80 kg I start getting people asking if I'm sick.

    Regarding height - When I said built like a distance runner I meant how skinny you are, not your height. Actually most high-performance runners aren't as tall as you.
