Diet some more, and train a lot (4-6 times a week).
Or, liposuction is a quick and painful way to suck remaining fat, if you care about it that much.

Than in your case, you actually need to up your muscle mass. Plenty of muscles will help burn the excess fat. Eat healthy, train enough, see your weight go up to at least 75 killo (with muscle increase) and you have a good chance to burn what is left of the fat.
Go to the PT forum, search for good exercises to loos fat. But generally speaking, if you do grappling and kickboxing 4,5 times a week, you probably train enough, so see that you have a proper diet for someone doing a lot of sport.

The more muscle you have, the more calories your burn by just simply being active. The best fighters don't body build but they do Resistance training and that builds Productive muscle!

I'd throw in crossfit and diet with your MA training. Lots of water too.

I was halfway through giving you an infraction when it occurred to me you might not be trolling.

Regardless, Bullshido does not approve of anything besides hard work when it comes to losing weight. Please do not suggest plastic surgery procedures in this forum again. Thanks.

I wouldn't say that's the most efficient way to lose that last bit of fat. I don't like to give advice in these threads because I'm not an authority about weight loss. I'm hoping some of the more knowledgeable members will chime in soon.

I do know that, at the simplest level, if you want to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you are consuming daily. The last bit of fat is usually the hardest to lose by the way.

For starters, here's a (IMO) great info site:

    http://scoobysworkshop.com/how-long-to-get-6-pack-abs/

Read around there. There are pieces (maybe in video form) specifically about that last chunk of fat.
