    My assessment:

    1) Mr. James is clueless.

    2) Mr. James is a fucking tool.

    3) The "Tactical Kenpo" approach to grappling is absolute bullshit.

THEREFORE, I can confidently state that Mr. James is indeed a clueless fucking tool that teaches absolute bullshit.

This guy is obviously a true master and has discovered a whole new approach to getting out of the mount when the mount is applied by a limp unresisting opponent. Still, you'd think someone with 18 years of grappling experience would know the difference between bridging and posting.

    Naw, that's just his dick.

And it's only "his" dick until the top pulls it out of his ass.

But I managed not to yelp like the guy in the video. Thank god.

It had never been used on me before, caught me by surprise, so I didn't know what to do at that moment.

If they're just pushing, man up. If they're pushing hard, you can always grab/cup their elbow just on your leg and pull towards you. If they're really grinding away, going back and forth for pain, they're often not paying enough attention to get choked (gi) or just a good old fashion forearm across the throat push back to pull forward tight head control...or if they're really focused on it I found I could often push their hand to their chest, giving a perfect path to a triangle, that's usually more for rookies, but oh so satisfying!

That was part of my routine anyway. But I have quite a high tolerance for that move so I could often lay there until they got bored.

You can sometimes slide one leg over as they dig down, and now you're playing the triangle game.

Or, if we're playing kempo groundfighting deathstravaganza: Mongolian double chops, double ear clap, thumbs to eyes, elbow to spine, help the guy build a wheelchair ramp.

If you are wrestling. just grab their elbows. and then you have arm control. I squeeze the pressure point in there just to be an arsehole.
