Check out the staredown pic and video between LFC headliners PRIDE FC veteran Alexander Emelianenko (21-6 MMA) and Bob Sapp (11-16-1 MMA). Sapp, during press conference, attacked Emelianenko.
The event will also feature K-1 matches which includes: K-1 World MAX 2008 Finalist Artur Kyshenko vs. winner of numerous European, intercontinental and world titles in kickboxing Yuri Bessmertny, a rematch between K-1 Heavyweight champion (2007—2008) Badr “The Bad Boy” Hari and Belarusian K-1 star Zabit Samedov and many more.
Legend Fighting Show takes place in Moscow, Russia on May 25, 2013.

No way that dude's name is really Bessmertny.
Looks like Sapp is up to his old tricks again.

No, its Yuri Gorbachev (He is not a family with Gorby). He is better known as Yuri Bessmertny (Immortal :)).

That had all the intimidation and lack of actual technique or damage that I've come to expect from Bob Sapp attacks.

Does Bob Sapp think he is allowed to quit a certain number of times each fight now? He's not even bothering to fake an injury anymore and it seems to confuse his opponents and even the refs. You can't call time out because your opponent is hitting you in MMA, Bob. There is no kneeling (or lying down) to take an eight count in MMA.
How long can a guy tour Eastern Europe, South Asia, South America, and the Pacific Rim collecting paychecks as a main event fighter without making a credible attempt at winning fights? This guy's 1-14 since 2009 and 0-9 for the past 3 years.
He has lost 13 of his last 15 fights in the first round, 11 in the first two minutes, and 11 by either TKO or Submission to Punches (not even counting the < 2 minute loss to James Thompson, which looked to some like a submission due to sudden leg injury "caused by" upper body punches). Basically, when you hire Sapp at this stage, you are buying memories of some untutored K-1 heroics, plus 1-2 minutes of him getting punched, leading to a race between Sapp and the ref to end the punishment.

Sapp is an entertainer...on more levels than he's likely aware of.
I like Sapp fights.

He's got another fight coming up in August. The dude's the Uwe Boll of MMA.
Here's some interesting insight:

Bob Sapp does not care about winning. He's clearly motivated 100% by money. In that sense, he's very good at what he does. Personally I think his modus operandi does damage to the integrity of the sport. But anyone going to see a fight that involves Bob Sapp and expecting a serious effort is deluded.
It wasn't always like that, but it has been ever since he caught on that he still gets paid without having to crack his orbital socket.
