Just writing the article guys, when it's finished I'll post it in a new thread and perhaps ask the Mod for this forum if they'd sticky it.

Would you dumb asses like pictures as well ?

Love it! I'm a heavyweight and all I do is RUN RUN RUN. Nothing is more fun then being a fast and enduring heavyweight that just doesn't get tired. :).

Yeah i lost quite a few pounds from running , it does really help but you need to maintain a good diet for it to work

You can out-eat any exercise program. For the average guy, you'd gave to run over 7 km (4.5 miles) to burn off a Big Mac.

I want to make some kind of joke to the nature of everyone in Washington waking up at 5 am to go running before work, but instead I'll just congratulate you.
    Nicely done.

I was a good middle to long distance runner when i was at school, but i was skinny, scrawny mofo back then and i haven't ran in maybe 10 years.

Ive dabbled with the idea of running again just as a general fitness thing and fancy trying one of those tough mudders but ive been scared that running will eat away at the muscle ive managed to build and turn me back into that scrawny guy again!

Does running eat away at muscle? Will it also damage the strength gains ive made? At the moment im working all kinds of crazy hours and missing judo sessions so ive been hitting the weights and am looking for spme form of decent cardio to keep the fitness levels up until work sorts itself out and i can get back to judo.

Haha, you're thinking of my friends. As much as I'd like to be the "before work" runner, I just don't have that. I do, however, like to do it immediately when I get home from work. I consider it a transition from my work day into whatever else I'm going to do. Lately, I've been running 2 miles on my lunch break, 5 days a week, so my afternoon runs are a little less common, but I'll throw a couple longer ones onto the weekend. Now that I've finally read all of RA's advice, it's time to add weight to my runs.

I love running! I remember when I first started running, a mile was hard! Now I am here super lean. Jogging / running 8 miles with EASE.

I look back at the distances I ran and to my self I say "wow.. that was hard? haha".
