Style: Does exercise count?
Those with a keen eye and too much time on their hands will notice that I'm won't to swoop into threads here on injuries to debunk some common (and damaging) misconceptions about pain. Pain is one of my key areas of interest and there is way too much misinformation out there. I'll probably end up writing an article about that in the future and I would welcome any questions from bullies about pain.
ANYWAY, throughout May there will be a free series presented by Neil Pearson on understanding and addressing pain
I've read and watched Pearson's work before and it's quite high quality stuff. I can't say for certain what it will address or how in depth it will be, but I can say with great confidence that it will be more current with research than at least 95% of doctors and physio's/PT's. If you or someone you know deals with pain on a regular basis I would highly recommend it.

The first video of the series has been posted on youtube and it's definitely among the best videos on pain I've seen.
