    Hell yeah! Hell no!
Is there a source to get decent news on this that's not trying to make a grab for ratings/viewers/clicks/etc?

For ****'s sake, even my local CrossFit gym is chiming in on this already.

What that pic doesn't show is that victim has lost both legs below the knee.

My unconfirmed info is the suspect in custody has only shrapnel wounds and --wait for it-- is of Saudi Arabian nationality or descent.

Going to wait for all the info to shake out before I even get emotionally invested in this beyond sympathy for the victims.

I don't know how good your information is, but I'd be really careful with unconfirmed reports with that kind of potentially inflammatory information.

This is Tax Day in the US, the incident occurred in Boston, and it's uncomfortably close to the anniversary of the Battle of Lexington and Concord (April 19th). With all that American Revolutionary War symbolism stacking up, I'm halfway expecting this to turn out to be domestic.

Plus, I was just listening to the Boston Police Press Conference on the radio and the commissioner said nothing about a suspect in custody.

All I can say is, we'll see what pans out.

Following this closely on my running forum, I have a half-dozen online friends racing today. Most have checked in but at least 1 we don't know about. Cell coverage locked down now, landlines flooded so not much news coming out.

Damn. I hope it is the cell phone lock down and your buddy is okay.

    They just reported 28 amputations.

Or maybe there isn't a Saudi national in custody...

First day news is always full of rumor, but of course someone may have decided to try to keep any suspect in custody a secret.
