    90% of judo conditioning for 90% of judoka should consist of judo. Preferably randori.

    No doubt, and we have entire threads devoted to on-the-cheap strength training that would benefit an out of shape noob in a MA context, buuuut OP is more interested in telling everyone what they are against and worrying about a number.
