Hmm No, but they defo should... that's one for the next outdoor sesh. Come to think about it most of the near death experiences and confrontations i've had over the last 10 years have been on the road. Why does driving make people so stressed out and crazy?
Commuting by bike and be out most days I do see some mental things... need helmet cam. (Last 2 days, nearly hit a rabbit, a pedestrian and got over taken at ~100mph on a bend)

Please stop giving any advice about training because you seem to have problems grasping basic concepts.
Also, even if in a hypothetical sense submission holds are supposed to be done to inflict pain, you should really be tapping way way way way before it starts to hurt.

With how small the UK is I am surprised you have to drive far enough for long enough to get stressed out. I mean I get it inside of london that place sucks to drive.

I'm reminded of a saying : "For Americans 100 years is a long time. For The British 100 miles is long way."

I drove for two and a half hours for a seminar and that felt like a long ass trip.

Besides, fuel is ferociously expensive over here...
"So, yeah, Zen teachers may well insult you, work you to the bone, hit you with sticks, shout verbal abuse at you, and punch the **** out of you.
And when the ****'s been punched out of you, you might just find that you're far better-off without it." - Vieux Normand

"So in short, BJJ wins again. BJJ, and chainmail." - TheMightyMcClaw

"On bullshido, your opinions are not sacred, neither are your feelings." - Scrapper

"You entered the lions' den. Don't bitch if you get eaten." - danniboi07

"Needless to say, it's much easier to clear a bunch of drunk kids out of your house when you're yelling GTFO and carrying a samurai sword." - DerAuslander

"Eventually, I realized it doesn't matter what art you train, what matters is the method in which you train. Training in an alive manner, under skilled and qualified instruction, is the single most important aspect of gaining martial skill. All else is window dressing." - JNP : Saying it how it is!
