Did the UK ever conduct genocide against the Irish ?
Just to be clear, according to your "educative information" in the 17th Century, if a Catholic broke one of the then (ridiculous laws of the day) The British lawmakers didn't kill said Catholic, but just deported them to the West Indies.
Cruel yes, genocide, this isn't.
We burned more fucking suspected witches than apparently genocidal acts against the Irish.

The UK did put my great-grandmother in a concentration camp, to be fair. They also burned her farm.

The Germany as we know it today is still a "new" (barely 23 year old) unified republic, along with having a particularly terrible history of megalomaniacs running the country. It's a testament to its "mighty northern spirit" (to quote Tolkien), that the country even survived the 20th century in one piece.

How long ago did Cromwell carry out those actions vs. the behaviour of the Japanese Imperial Army.
That's the fucking difference."To sin by silence when one should protest makes cowards out of men".

Perhaps if someone made a rising sun version of these, then everyone could be happy.
