I have been playing with it...the foot on the cross side. I am starting to like it. If the guy pulls away and does not smash me, I just continue to a turtle and do rolling kneebar. If he smashes me, pivot to kneebar as in the vid. I have not felt unstable there. Gonna keep playing with it.
