Arabic MMA promotion on Major satellite channel

MMA is starting to get some attention in the Arabic part of the Middle East (since Abu Dhabi does host a major grappling event for a long time), Dubai based free satellite channel MBC Action host matches from a Arabic MMA promotion called Desert Force http://www.desertfc.com/

Kuwait has also has it's MMA organization http://gfc-mma.com/

The second tournament held on 2-9-2013 was broadcast in satellite station Alrai, they also have a weekly show every Friday explaining the matches & analyzing them for the public.

Finaly MMA is catching up in the area

Thanks for sharing that information, it is great to see MMA starting to find some legging in that part of the world.

There are some small promotions and tournaments held over here in Egypt, which isn't anything major, just events in a sporting club.
