I'm not terribly picky, honestly. There are a lot of styles I'm interested in and wouldn't mind trying out.
Some styles I'm interested in are Karate, Akido, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Krav Maga, to name a few. I'd also like to take Kendo.
I just want to find a few reputable schools to try a few styles out so I can settle on one to devote my time to. -

Style: BJJ, Yoga--
I am not really able to help in those areas. I am more of a bjj and mma guy myself.
This is one of the more striking oriented MMA schools that may fill your requirement for MT: https://www.facebook.com/r.f.s.training
My trainers brother fights out of here.
Let me know if you want any help with bjj as I know more in that area. -

Style: FMA--
Have you considered FMA? GM Taboada of the Balintawak system is based out of Charlotte. I know he has instructors all over the area. If you're interested i can message some contacts to you. I always recommend FMA to martial artists with previous experience, if you've already got some empty hand training a weapons focus will add depth to your skill set. Also the carry over from weapons to empty hand in FMA will give you a new perspective on empty hand combat.

You can also check out these folks http://www.judo-caja.com/ . They're quite reputable in the NC judo community. Also they put on a hell of a good camp every summer--Greatest Camp on Earth. http://greatestcamp.com/index.html Permanently on my summer schedule and worth every penny.
