Hey, how much are the bags and liniment? I've been thinking about doing this for a while, and my coach has been sweating me about it too.

Style: BJJ/Iron Palm2
I've been doing iron palm based on Dales Dvd for a while now and I must say that the combo of warm-up, qi gung, and meditation make it a worthwhile morning routine even without the benefits of striking. I bought a gallon of jow which has lasted me for months from Dales store. I don't know Dick about eastern medicine herbalism but it smells great.

I apply my jow over the striking bag, so that any that drips down either soaks into the bag, or so I can rub my hands on the canvas and get the jow on my hands.
Also, anyone who is doing or starting iron palm should join the iron palm group here on bullshido! There isn't enough discussion of practices, problems, or progress to be found on the web that is bullshit free. -
