    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Cutting Ninja Fingers?

Did a search but didn't turn anything up on this...hope this hasn't been posted before. So, is this more ninja nonsense or is there something to this...beyond the philosophical, I mean. The poster of the video seems to believe these exercises are imperative for using chin na, anti-chin na and jiujitsu techniques.

Do these mudras have value? From a reflexology standpoint, yes.

In this context, however, no. This is information that has been used as a selling point in the past, by hucksters. It's billed as "secret ninja" knowledge.

Reminds me of Amatsu Tartara, which was presented as secret practices known only to ninja. In reality it is widely practiced. Another example might be some yogic exercises which have been recycled as "lost" or "only known to old time strongmen" or whatever other BS influence.
