Don't really have a lot of video of me doing MA stuff. Here's a clip from my buddies vid. He wanted to put together a clip of a workout program he does so it's more that than it is actual MA or sparing.

Would a a demonstration of a technique qualify, or are you looking more for sparring and drilling videos?

Last competition where I hurted my knee (still recovering) and asked to stop because of the injury.
I didn't intend to pull guard at first, but my right wrist was sore and I felt that I would not be able to trade grips standing.
