I will post some other videos once I film them, but here are two breaking videos filmed by a friend. These are the only videos I have that are not 10 years old.
Also, this is the first time I have tried to post videos on a thread, so I hope it works.
A friend asked if I could break "this" as he held up the end of a 2x8 about 10 inches long. I said I could. He did not believe me (because it was made of Douglas Firm instead of pine, and was treated since it is for construction) and ask me to do it. Please excuse the first bit of the video as I was not warm and needed to get my muscles used to the motion.

This was requested by a friend. He wanted to see an Iron Palm break, so I did one for him. The material broken is a 2x8x16 construction grade paving slap purchased at Home Dept that day.
