Anyone else here count Macros? If so what are they at? How has it benefited your training and diet? Right now mine are at 175carbs 180protein and 45 fats. I'm cutting so they are pretty low right now. I'm just a bit curious as to whether or not the Martial arts community tracks their diet in this fashion.
