Dislocated hip....jeeeeeessssuss ****, i though my shoulder is a bad injury.
Anywho, i think that a place that competes regularly can give you good striking tools.
I sparred/trained a lot with a national team TKD player and his kicks and tactics are fucking good. I don't get the automatic disrespect from some people. Go spar a competitive TKD guy (striking) and you will see that their spinning back kicks are lethal . -

Style: Judo--
TKD looks like a fun sport, lots a action and like any individual sport the competitors are always involved. Is it the complete defense system? Unlikely however maybe lots of the Practitioners are choosing it instead of Sports like Tennis, Fencing ect rather than other "Combat Sports"
Of course if someone like looking to learn to fight then there are lots of good reasons to pick another Combat Sport and also these humorous reasons
